Terms of Service for Fusion Clan

These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Fusion Clan. By making a reservation, placing an order, or booking an event, you agree to these terms.

Section A: Dine-In Reservations

  1. Bookings: Reservations can be made via our website through ResDiary or by telephone. All bookings are subject to availability.

  2. Deposits: For parties of 6 or more guests, a deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the reservation. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

  3. Cancellation & No-Shows:

    • To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation time.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time, or failure to attend your booking (a "no-show"), will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit.

  4. Late Arrivals: We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past your booked time. If you arrive later than this without prior notification, we may have to release your table to other guests.

Section B: Takeaway & Delivery Orders

  1. Ordering: Takeaway orders can be placed directly with us or through our third-party delivery partners: Deliveroo, UberEats, and JustEat.

  2. Allergies: It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing your order. Please call the restaurant directly to discuss any severe allergies. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions if we have not been informed beforehand.

  3. Third-Party Delivery Disclaimer: When you place an order via Deliveroo, UberEats, or JustEat, you are entering into a contract with that service provider for the delivery of your food. Fusion Clan's responsibility for the order ceases once it is collected by the third-party delivery driver. Any issues relating to delivery time, the condition of the food upon arrival, or a missing delivery must be taken up directly with the respective delivery partner's customer service.

  4. Order Issues: If you have an issue with the quality or contents of your food order itself, please contact us directly at 01926 962618 within two hours of receiving your meal. Please have your order number ready.

Section C: Catering & Private Events

  1. Booking: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated total cost is required to confirm your catering or event booking.

  2. Confirmation: All final details, including menu choices, final guest count, and dietary/allergen information, must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event date. The final invoice will be based on these numbers.

  3. Payment: The final balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: Full deposit is forfeited.

    • Cancellation 15-29 days before the event: 50% of the total estimated event cost is payable.

    • Cancellation within 14 days of the event: 100% of the total event cost is payable.

  5. Liability: Fusion Clan is not responsible for any damage to the event venue caused by guests. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the venue for our staff and equipment.

General These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
