Chef Joshi’s passion for cooking is deeply rooted in his South Indian heritage, where food is not just nourishment but an art form. With over 30 years of experience, he has mastered the art of blending traditional flavors with modern techniques. His culinary journey began in top hotels in India, where he honed his skills in authentic Keralan cuisine. After moving to the UK, he worked in renowned establishments, bringing his expertise to a new audience. At Fusion Clan, he aims to introduce diners to the rich, aromatic flavours of Kerala, using handpicked spices and fresh ingredients. His signature dishes, like the Malabar Lamb Shank and Chef Special Venison Arancini, showcase his ability to balance bold flavours with delicate textures. Chef Joshi believes that food should be an experience, evoking emotions and memories. He continuously experiments with flavours, ensuring that each dish tells a unique story.
