His culinary journey began in top hotels in India, where he honed his skills in authentic Keralan cuisine. After moving to the UK, he worked in renowned establishments, bringing his expertise to a new audience. At Fusion Clan, he aims to introduce diners to the rich, aromatic flavours of Kerala, using handpicked spices and fresh ingredients. His signature dishes, like the Malabar Lamb Shank and Chef Special Venison Arancini, showcase his ability to balance bold flavours with delicate textures.
